Quality assurance



An important element of the translation process is quality assurance, which consists of the following items:

  • the use of relevant, up-to-date translation tools
  • involvement of the client's specialist knowledge and terminology
  • the use of reference material
  • proofreading by a language auditor
  • compliance with deadlines
  • follow up with the client

Quality assurance is thus based on fruitful collaboration with the client, both during and after the translations process.
